Annual Returns
Annual Returns are calculated on your annual turn over. We will submit your annual return at an admin charge of R175 and the amount due to the CIPC.
Company Registrations
We facilitate your company set-up fast and efficiently, register your business with the CIPC and provide you with a tax number. All our administrative tasks are billed at R175 each. Therefore it will cost R350 to register a new business.
General Compliance
General Administration and Compliance tasks relating to your business e.g director change, B-BBEE certificates for EME & QSE will be charged at R175 per admin task and the CIPC fee if applicable.
